This week, our family dives into the Icelandic RV adventure we’ve been dreaming about! From picking up our cozy European-style camper to navigating the stunning Ring Road, it’s been a mix of challenges and awe-inspiring moments. We fed Icelandic horses, tackled the quirks of a cassette toilet, and took in jaw-dropping views of snow-capped mountains and cascading waterfalls. The highlight? Crossing a daring land bridge with nothing but ocean below and beauty all around. This trip is pushing us out of our comfort zones in the best way possible, and we’re taking you along for the ride.
